In order to care for the land and its resources better, Limited Camping and Caravan Tickets are available. Car Pooling Is Encouraged. Parking on the Estate is on a first come first served basis. All profits will be dedicated to the creation of a Permaculture Garden and Food Forest at the Vortex, as well as more trees being planted around the estate to help us manage water runoff, prevent soil erosion and it’s depletion.

 

We shall be hosting several interesting, fun and interactive workshops and talks.

Most of the workshops are free. Some are by donation. There is something for everyone and for all ages and at any time of the day.

CAMPING/CARAVAN/CAAMPERVAN GUIDELINES

 

Hey Dear Campers & Caravanners!!

Here are a few guidelines for this 3 Day Gathering in Nature:

 

Your Camping and Campervan tickets include use of toilet facilities, showers, electric points to charge your phones/laptops as well as 15% discount on anything from the Vincent’s Food Truck and 10% off anything from the Organic Shop.
Arrivals: Tents can be set up from 9am on Thursday until Friday by 3pm. You can stay till Monday morning if you wish and avoid the rush. Same goes for Campervans.

 

Campsite Car Park: A small car park near the campsite is reserved for 3-day campers. Access for this car park opens at 9am on Thursday and closes at 3pm Friday. No entry/exit after 3pm Friday unless it is an emergency.

 

Departures: The access road to the campsite car park leading inside/outside of the Estate will be open on Saturday and Sunday morning from 6am – 9am; so if you need to use your car to exit; or come to set up your tent on Saturday or Sunday, please do so between these times only. Campervans, this goes for you too.

 

Alternate Parking: A larger car park at the entrance of the Estate is open 24/7. Campers may park here for free (show your wrist bands). Please use this car park if you intend to leave on Sunday afternoon. Both car parks have limited numbers of spaces, so coming early will assure a closer spot.

 

Campervan Avenue: You all will have a pre-assigned spot. Volunteers shall guide you to your spot and show you where the facilities are. Please do not dispose of WC fluids/material or any other no organic content on the land.

 

2 Camping Areas: Shanti Area (Calm) and Shakti Area (Less Calm). We wish that everyone enjoys their time here so we are setting up a space for people who wish to be quiet and another space for the more active campers. Pick your spot.

 

Details: Within the showers and washing stations you will find Organic Soap Dispensers; you can bring your own (organic) soap. The shower and sink run off water will flow directly into the farmland and water table so it is important not to use any sort of non organic product as this will be disastrous.

 

Instruments: Jamming is a natural part of every camping held here so please feel free to bring your instrument and join in.
Environment: No fires, no open flames, BBQs, gas burners etc (except in campervans).

 

Dispose cigarette butts responsibly and not on the ground and help us prevent fires.

 

Quiet Hours: Respect quiet hours during the gathering. Keep noise at a considerate level.

 

Emergencies: Find a fire and rescue representative or a volunteer to report your issues. Call 112 for help.
