Domaine Guillaman

For over two centuries, the Ferret family has been dedicated to the art of winemaking. Dominique Ferret, a sixth-generation vintner, began his journey in the vineyards alongside his grandfather at just 15 years old, tending to 15 hectares of vines.

In 2000, when Dominique met Stéphanie, the granddaughter of a local winegrower, they shared a vision to bring their wines to a wider audience. That same year, they began bottling their own wines—and soon after, they were awarded a prestigious Gold Medal in Paris.

Since then, the domaine has flourished, expanding its vineyards and establishing a state-of-the-art wine cellar in 2009. Today, the estate spans 300 hectares, including 200 hectares of meticulously cultivated vines and 100 hectares of preserved forest, fostering biodiversity.

Nestled in the heart of the Gascon terroir, their vineyards thrive in rich clay soils atop a limestone bedrock, nurtured by a gentle temperate oceanic climate. This exceptional environment allows them to craft wines that reflect the purity and authenticity of the region’s winemaking heritage.
