Diane, Stéphanie and Olivier’s niece, was born in 2013 the year this rosé was created It was therefore only natural to dedicate this wine to her. They wanted the wine to be in her image, subtle
and delicate. Time has gone by, Diane is growing up and her cuvée is getting better and better each year. After harvest grapes are sorted and fully crushed with a pneumatic press. Processing of first juices under inert gas ( at 5°C, cold clarification and fermentation at 18°C in 300 hl stainless steel tanks. No malolactic fermentation, maturation and ageing on fine lees for 2 months. A nice intense pink colour with a delicate fruity nose of red fruits (strawberry and raspberry) while palate is fresh, rich, lively with a remarkable length. Serve at 6°C – 8°C.
