This sweet wine is made from 100% indigenous Zibibbo grapes which are dried after being manually harvested at the end of September. The must is gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Aging takes place in a mixture of stainless and wooden barrels (depending on the vintage conditions.) This passito boasts an amber colour and is fresh, aromatic and with strong notes of candied orange peel and spices. Ideal with chocolate, desserts, tarts, creams and panettone. Excellent with blue and aged cheeses.
