Description
El Inquilino is a careful selection of 35-year-old Grenache vines in the area of the Najerilla valley. As in all the other wines, the goal is to produce honest wines with local varieties & minimal intervention; wines that talk about their origin. Wine made from low-yield vineyards. Grapes were picked and selected by hand. Alcoholic fermentation in 5,000-litre stainless steel vats with just indigenous yeast. Malolactic fermentation and 6 months ageing in second year 500-litre French oak barrels.
