Description
Due to its climatic peculiarity, the Breisgau is often referred to as the “Tuscany of Germany”. In this favorable climate, the Pinot Gris excels. Fermented entirely in stainless steel vats, this wine is fresh, with a fragrant nose of pear, melon and a hint of strawberry. Powerful on the palate, but not opulent, with honey and a hint of ginger, with a very good balance and density. Pairs well with light meats, pasta, fish & antipasti.
