with a nice volume on the palate and a lingering finish. Night harvest, short skin contact maceration, pressing with inert gas, low temperature fermentation & maturation on fine lees.

Ideal pairing with a smoked trout maki rolls, sea bream ceviche, zucchini goat
cheese and mackerel rillettes.

Situated within the historic Gascony area, it shares its land with the famous Armagnac brandy production, benefiting from a unique climate and diverse terroir.
