The single vineyard wines are selected and carefully processed from only the oldest and best vineyards. The autonomy of traditional grape varieties, combined with the soil and the layers, creates wines that reflect their expression and maturity including all the peculiarities of their origin. These are precise and exciting wines. This vineyard in Westhofen is also in a south facing location. Skin contact up to 18 hours and spontaneous fermentation in 50% wooden barrels & 50% stainless steel vats. Wine is left on its lees for a whole year. A racy Riesling full of character, apricot star fruit & minerality. Certified organic.
