The nose is concentrated with aromas of lemon, yellow apple and pineapple, with a tempting salty note, as well as fresh brioche. The palate is stimulating with a fine mousse that is fresh and delicious. Lemon peel, raspberry leaves and sweet apple combine with yeasty brioche and salted brittle for a palate that is deceptively full without any residual sugar. Fine yet intense, with a nice length that ends in a salty finish. Excellent for pairing with food. Stored under the lees for 18 months.
