Description
Grapes for this wine are cultivated organically, protecting the viticultural eco-system, improving biodiversity and the environment sustainability. Both fermentation and aging take place in new and used French oak barrels. Batonnage is carried out and the wine is left on its fine lees until the end of June. Elegant with oak aromas, and maintaining the freshness and fruit of the Alvarinho grape in a full bodied and complex wine.
