It is one of the oldest varieties of the Mediterranean white grapes & considered as the most aromatic grape variety in the world.
The name for this wine “Doña Leo”comes from Mrs. Leo. She was the owner of a very beautiful vineyard & also the teacher in the little village school; so very well known by everybody in Landete, (the Little village where the winery is located).
Altolandon felt they had to honour the previous owner by naming this wine coming from this beautiful 70 year old single vineyard with her name.
Primeiras Vinhas 2023

Fermentation takes place at a very low temperature in stainless steel vats, with only 15% being carried out in used oak barrels. Wine is left on its lees until the beginning of May with a percentage of the blend being partially aged in large oak casks. Elegant, mineral and a wine that grows in your glass with a long complex finish.
Riesling VINTAGES
VINTAGES is unique and new to the German wine world and is intended to show how much fun, soul and variety there is in combining several vintages that complement each other perfectly. It is a wine that gives a foretaste of where the world of mature Rieslings can lead by combining several vintages, different weather patterns, maturation stages, personal intuition and above all a fusion of aromas. This idea is new, since in Germany and at Dreissigacker as well normally the focus is on vintage-related development in order to bring out the special characteristics of every single vintage. VINTAGES should deliberately deviate from this.
This Riesling shows the mineral freshness of the 2020, the elegance 2019 vintage, has the balance, the rounded and developed style as a strong middle of the 2018 vintage and the fine ripe aromas of a carefully matured wine from the 2017 vintage in the finale. Hand-picked grapes, gentle pressing, cold maceration period up to 8 hours, spontaneous fermentation with natural yeasts, fermentation and maturation in stainless steel (80%) and 1200L German oak barrels (20%). Light straw yellow colour with aromas of white flowers, citrus and apple. Palate has great juiciness and fruitiness, well balanced minerality and a superb finish. Certified Organic & vegan.
Incanto 2021
Made from Grecanico grapes on the slopes of Mount Etna at an altitude of 1,200 meters above sea level on mineral volcanic soils, “Incanto” sports a straw yellow colour with a greenish rim. Hand harvested at the beginning of November in small 10kg crates, the grapes go through a careful selection before a cold maceration for 18 hours at 6 degrees takes place. The must will be gently pressed and fermented. Aged for 3 months in barriques and a further 3 months in stainless steel vats. Eclectic, dry, fresh and with balanced vegetal sensations, minerality and hints of citrus. “Incanto” is a great white wine to pair with great fish dishes, white meats and fresh cheeses.

Ried Altenberg Weißburgunder 2022
“Ripe fruits like melons and a hint of pear on the nose, nuts and honey, well-structured and full-bodied palate, an abundance of juice, elegant freshness, creamy with endless pleasure.” Coming from the single vineyard Altenberg in Göttlesbrunn with Danube gravel and loess lower layers soil. One of the cooler hills in with influences coming from the close forest and east-facing exposure. The Pinot blanc loves the Pannonian climate with its warm late summers and falls. It is because of this combination the grapes get exceptionally ripe and makes the achievement of such an extraordinary extract on the palate possible. Enjoy with vegetable and meat-dishes with exotic herbs, Asian dishes, soufflés and pastries & cheese. Ideal drinking temperature 10 °C.
