Description

Salmon pink colour with fine and persistent bubbles. Aromas and taste are elegant and delicate with red fruit and brioche standing out. Ideal as an aperitif or accompaniment to light meats. Both Alvarinho and Touriga Nacional grapes come from vineyards on granitic soils between 100 and 200 meters above sea level located in the very particular microclimate in the Melgaço sub-region which is protected by a range of mountains that creates ideal conditions for rainfall, temperature and number of sunshine hours while the Pinot Noir grapes grow near the Atlantic Ocean. Here the oceanic influence produces a unique expression of Pinot Noir.
