Description
This Bruto Nature is made without the addition of sulphites, and is a sparkling wine based on the ancestral method where the yeasts create the very fine and delicate bubbles inside the bottle. The specifically selected cork accompanies the sparkling wine from its creation and fermentation in bottle until the final opening in your glass. After first fermentation the wine is bottled and left to ferment and age for 18 months. The absence of sulphites and dosage along with low and constant temperature for 18 months in the winery, allows this sparkling wine to show all the elegance of the Alvarinho variety in a perspective of greater complexity and less fruit.
