The single vineyard wines are selected and carefully processed from only the oldest and best vineyards. The autonomy of traditional grape varieties, combined with the soil and the layers, creates wines that reflect their expression and maturity including all the peculiarities of their origin. These are precise and exciting wines. Whole grape pressing and spontaneous fermentation in 100% stainless steel vats. This is a sweet wine characterised by the aroma of caramelized tropical fruit, pineapple, mango and papaya. Certified organic.
