Description
Revealing a more mineral profile of the Alvarinho grape, this wine comes from a specific selection of vineyards planted on granitic soil 200 meters above sea level. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a higher temperature than usual in white wine, showing an elegant and more mineral aroma with a dry and persistent flavour. Batonnage is carried out and the wine is left on its fine lees before bottling. Perfect for any kind of sea food dishes.
