The single vineyard wines are selected and carefully processed from only the oldest and best vineyards. The autonomy of traditional grape varieties, combined with the soil and the layers, creates wines that reflect their expression and maturity including all the peculiarities of their origin. These are precise and exciting wines. This vineyard in Bectheim is in another south facing location. Skin contact up to 48 hours and spontaneous fermentation in 80% wooden barrels & 20% stainless steel vats. Wine is left on its lees.
