Description

Rayuelo 2020

100% Bobal. At Altolandon they have the highest Bobal in Spain, grown at 1100 meters, a variety that loves the highlands and for this Wine the vineyards are 70 to 100 years old and ungrafted. Bobal is a large grape with hard skins, high tannin & anthocyanin content. It’s responsible for the intense color and body of the wines; it has one of the highest levels of resveratrol, a natural anticancer & heart-healthy substance, which is why wine from Bobal is the most recommended wine for our health.

Resistant to drought, inclement weather & most pests, it has great potential for organic viticulture, due to its late maturation; it has a lower loss of acids, especially tartaric, it also has an almost perfect PH, low; it is such a balanced variety that is does not need corrections in the cellar, indigenous and it’s at it’s original home here. Certified Vegan & Organic.

Biodiverso 2019

100% Petit Manseng, which gives freshness, & allows to obtain a wine with volume in the mouth, while also being creamy & fresh. It’s balanced, has a good persistence, & manages to express the typicality of the variety while maintaining the essence of the terroir and the vintage.

The name for this wine comes from the biodiversity at Altolandon which includes a lot of different trees, sheep, chickens, bees among the vines. Certified Organic & Vegan.

CF Altolandon 2019

structure, evolutionary potential & great elegance as well as fruit & floral aromas.

Cherry color with garnet rim, dark & bright. Nose is floral with lots of berries, vibrant red fruit, complexity, mineral, smooth smoke & a touch of bread dough. Vibrant palate, & well-defined flavor with clean fruit. Fresh but with a good body, with a polished, sweet, subtle and elegant tannins. Long, with a fruity and balsamic aftertaste, which gives it a delicate, dry & structured finish.

Ideal with roasted pork, beef burgers or stew, meatballs in tomato sauce, lamb, goat cheese, camembert, feta, oregano, thyme, rosemary, black lentil, red bean & mushroom. Certified Organic & Vegan.

Señora de las Alturas 2020

With Señora de las Alturas there is a continuation of the series of wines focused on the terroir. Located in Fitero, this is the only Navarran village belonging to the Iberian mountains, just in the geological separation between the Sierra de Cameros and the Ebro valley.

Señora de las Alturas is a wine from the Pontigos plot, one of the two plots with pre-phylloxera Grenache vines. This plot dates from 1900.

It has an impactful nose combining notes of violets and ripe cherries, a little deeper than other cuvées from the same zone, nuanced, with a little more ripeness, very complete and complex. It has also developed nice complexity for its young age. The palate has the depth and complexity of the old vines, with super fine, chalky tannins and great balance. It really transcends the price. 1,300 bottles produced. It was bottled in January 2022.
