Theodora 2022

Theodora is back, bringing joy to our lives once again. Seductive, sassy and supremely well-structured. Spirited, independent and a little stubborn as ever. But that’s just the way we want her, because life is all about being true to yourself. Never backing down and holding your own against the pressures of conformity. In a World full of compromise, we need characters like her to inspire us to stand up for what we believe in. With every sip of Theodora, she may awaken a little of the rebel within you too. 

Grapes are hand harvested and destemmed. Fermentation takes place in used 500, 1000 and 1500-liter barrels. The wine stays in these barrels for an elevage of about 9 months, with no batonnage. The wine is bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with zero addition of sulfur.

Alvarinho Reserva 2021

Grapes for this wine are cultivated organically, protecting the viticultural eco-system, improving biodiversity and the environment sustainability. Both fermentation and aging take place in new and used French oak barrels. Batonnage is carried out and the wine is left on its fine lees until the end of June. Elegant with oak aromas, and maintaining the freshness and fruit of the Alvarinho grape in a full bodied and complex wine.

Grauer Burgunder Réserve 2019

This is a full bodied wine characterized by the aromas of fully ripe Pinot Gris grapes with fine smoky notes and a touch of vanilla from the barrel aging. Smooth and of captivating fullness and creaminess, with honey and oriental spices. On the palate with a powerful texture, aromas of ripe pear and candied citrus fruits. Powerful without dominating, with a very long, dry finish. Recommended with poultry smoked fish, mushroom dishes and cheese.
