The South of France is renowned for its beautiful landscapes and diverse wine regions. Holy Wines currently has 3 wineries, all from notable wine regions in the South of France:

Provence: is known for its dry, pale rosé wines. The region also produces some red and white wines. The main grape varieties grown here include Grenache, Cinsault, Mourvèdre, and Syrah. Having said that, the wines of LQLC from Provence are made from Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon & Carménère.

Rhône Valley: Although part of the Rhône Valley falls outside the South of France, the southern portion is within the region & this is were Domaine des Peyre is situated. The southern Rhône is famous for its red blends. Grenache is the dominant grape variety, accompanied by Syrah, Mourvèdre, and others.

Languedoc-Roussillon: This is the largest wine region in France and encompasses a vast area from the Rhône River to the Spanish border. Languedoc-Roussillon produces a wide range of wines, including reds, whites, and rosés. The region is known for its good value wines and its commitment to organic and biodynamic viticulture. Maison Ventenac is situated near the fortified city of Carcassone.
