Spain

Spain is renowned for its rich winemaking tradition and diverse wine regions, each offering unique grape varieties, terroir, and winemaking styles. I currently get 2 wineries from 2 very diverse wine regions in Spain:

Navarra: is a wine region located in northern Spain, bordering the famous wine region of Rioja. Navarra is known for producing a variety of wines, including reds, whites, and rosés. Viña Zorzal Wines are the leading winery producing varietal red wines from the Graciano grape and a range of terroir driven single vineyards from the Garnacha grape.

Yecla: is a wine region located in the Murcia province of southeastern Spain. It is a small and relatively lesser-known wine region, but it has recently gained recognition for its quality wines. Winery On Creations’ red wines are all blends with Monastrell (Mourvèdre) as the dominant grape variety. The region is known for its exceptional expression of Monastrell, which thrives in the hot and dry climate of the area. Monastrell wines from Yecla often exhibit rich, concentrated flavors, robust tannins, and good aging potential. Other grape varieties grown in the region include Garnacha Tintorera, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot.
