Sparkling wine contains carbon dioxide bubbles, resulting in effervescence or fizziness. It is produced through various methods, the most famous of which is the traditional method (also known as the Champagne method). All my sparkling wines are made in this traditional or classic Champagne method.

Champagne is the most famous and prestigious sparkling wine, produced exclusively in the Champagne region of France. In the classic method the second fermentation takes place in the same bottle the wine is finally served from.
